By participating in the Alserkal-Bridgestone Back-to-School promotion 2012, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"):
1. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE
1.1 You must be eighteen years old or over to participate in the Promotion.
1.2Alserkal-Bridgestone reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, age or residency. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Alserkal-Bridgestone.
2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
2.1 The Promotion commences on 07th September 2012 and concludes on 6th October 2012 (the "Promotion Period") across Dubai and Northern Emirates only. Abu Dhabi emirate is not included.
2.2 To participate in the Promotion you must:
(1) Purchase a set of four new Bridgestone tyres from ONLY the listed authorized store, as shown on the website www.winwithalserkal.com
(2) Register the invoice number on the website www.winwithalserkal.com. Participants must provide correct name and contact details when they register in order to be eligible for any of the prizes. Illegible entries and incomplete entries may be disqualified. Note: Only ONE ENTRY per participant is permitted.
2.3 After submitting the registrations, participants will receive a confirmation email from Alserkal-Bridgestone. If the email is not effectively delivered to any entrant for any reason, that entrant will be considered ineligible for participating into the Promotion.
2.4 Participants can share the Webpage address on Facebook or by other legal means.
2.5Alserkal-Bridgestonereserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who tampers (multiple entries, fake names, fake invoices, etc.) with the registration process
3. PRIZES
3.1 Drawn daily once during the Promotion Period. Alserkal-Bridgestonewill conduct a draw from all the entries that were properly registered on the previous day to find one winner of a daily prize of a 16GB Wi-Fi iPad 3 (the "Daily Prize"). There are 30 Daily Prizes to be won across the Promotion Period.
3.2 The winners of the Daily Prize should collect their prize by visiting Alserkal-Bridgestone main showroom in Al Quoz, Dubai, with the original invoice from an authorized store and copy of Emirates ID.
3.3 The winner of Daily Prize will be announced on the Webpage on the next working day and Alserkal-Bridgestone will contact the winners using the contact details provided by them as part of the registration process.
3.4 The Daily Prize must be claimed by the winners before 6th December 2012. If, by this date, Alserkal-Bridgestone is not able to contact any winner, or if Alserkal-Bridgestone has completed the notification procedure and a winner has not claimed their prize, they will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and Alserkal-Bridgestonewill conduct a second draw from the entries that were properly registered during the Promotion Period in order to find an alternate winner (the "Alternate Winner"). If the Alternate Winner does not claim the prize within subsequent 8 weeks, Alserkal-Bridgestone may continue to select winner from the entrants, following this clause 3.4, until the prize is claimed
3.5 If any Daily Prizecannot be provided for any reason, Alserkal-Bridgestone reserves the right to substitute such prizes for a prize of equal value, to be chosen at its sole discretion.
3.6 All winners must present their valid Identification Card, invoice showing the purchase of the Bridgestone tyres in order to claim their prizes.
3.7 The Daily Prize cannot be redeemed, refunded or exchanged.
3.8 In participating in the Daily Prize, the winners agree:
a) to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Promotion , including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed;
b) to grant Alserkal-Bridgestone a perpetual and exclusive licence to use such interviews, footage and photographs in all media worldwide; and
c) that they are not entitled to any fee for any activity undertaken by Alserkal-Bridgestone pursuant to this clause.
4. NO LIABILITY
4.1 Alserkal-Bridgestone MEA and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
a) during the use of the Daily Prize;
b) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected email;
c) in relation to failure of an entry to be received on the Webpage on account of technical problems or traffic congestion;
d) due to the publication of any material, including any statements made by any staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person regarding the Promotion ;
e) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer software related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion.
4.2 In conducting the Promotion, Alserkal-Bridgestoneand their associated agencies and companies assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, infection by computer virus, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Alserkal-Bridgestone. In such circumstances, Alserkal-Bridgestonereserves the right to take any action that may be available which may include disqualifying any individual, modifying or suspending the Promotion and/or cancelling the Promotion and recommencing it from the start.
4.3 Alserkal-Bridgestonereserves the right to cancel the Promotion at any time or to modify these Terms and Conditions.
4.4 By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Alserkal-Bridgestone MEA and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and agents, all of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, representatives, agents and all others associated with the Promotion from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, accident, loss or damage of any kind (including without limitation any for the violation or infringement of any proprietary or personal right of any individual or entity, and any personal injury, death and/or property damage) resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the participation in the Promotion, acceptance, possession or usage of any of the prizes.
5. APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS
5.1 The Promotion is subject to all of the applicable laws and regulations of the Emirate of Dubai as well as applicable federal laws and regulations (the "Rules"). The sole participation in the Promotion implies the knowledge and acceptance of these Rules.
6. DISPUTES
6.1 This Promotion will be governed by the laws in force in the Emirate of Dubai and any claims must be raised and resolved in the court of the Emirate of Dubai.
7. GENERAL
7.1 By participating in the Promotion, each entrant is agreeing that they have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions are subject to change, in accordance with applicable local rules and regulations. Failure by Alserkal-Bridgestone MEA to enforce any term of the Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
7.2 All entries received on the Webpage become the property of Alserkal-Bridgestone and will not be acknowledged or returned
